SLES stands for School Leaver Employment Supports—an NDIS-funded program that helps young people transition from school to employment.
NDIS participants in their final years of school or up to 2 years post-school may be eligible.
In the Riverland, it runs Thursdays and Fridays, 4 hours a day, for 48 weeks. Duration is flexible based on your goals.
Work experience, life skills training, job prep, personal development, and individual mentoring.
Yes, we assist with job search, applications, and refer to external employment services if needed.
Absolutely. Every participant receives a customised support plan that’s reviewed regularly.
Not at all! Exploring different pathways is part of the program.
We’ll continue to support you with workplace coaching or connect you with employment services.
Yes. We track outcomes using SMART goals and share regular progress reports with participants and families.
