Our autism journey is tough and constant, but something awesome has happened. Harley & Noah began working with the team from Support & Connect Riverland and now my boys have a busier social life than me. lol

At the heart of Support & Connect is our incredible team, including 30+ Mentors/Support workers. Each member of our team is young, energetic, and passionate about making a difference. We believe that the best way to connect with our clients is through relatability and shared experiences, which is why we prioritise hiring support workers who can genuinely understand and engage with the children and young adults we serve.

Dylan is the heart behind Support & Connect. With a strong passion for helping young people thrive, Dylan brings both lived experience and a solid foundation of professional training to every relationship he builds.
He holds a Certificate III in Individual Support, a Certificate IV in Disability, and a Diploma of Counselling, Majoring in Working with Children and Adolescents, as well as Child Development and Effective Parenting. Dylan has also completed a Diploma in Emergency Care, equipping him with the knowledge to respond calmly and confidently in high-pressure situations.
As Director of Support & Connect, Dylan leads a team of relatable mentors and support workers who share his belief in providing personalised, goal-focused support under the NDIS.
