Meet The Team

Dylan Blackley Support & Connect Director

Dylan Blackley

Dylan is the heart behind Support & Connect. With a strong passion for helping young people thrive, Dylan brings both lived experience and a solid foundation of professional training to every relationship he builds.

 

He holds a Certificate III in Individual Support, a Certificate IV in Disability, and a Diploma of Counselling, Majoring in Working with Children and Adolescents, as well as Child Development and Effective Parenting. Dylan has also completed a Diploma in Emergency Care, equipping him with the knowledge to respond calmly and confidently in high-pressure situations.

 

As Director of Support & Connect, Dylan leads a team of relatable mentors and support workers who share his belief in providing personalised, goal-focused support under the NDIS.
